Made-to-Order Products
All our jackets are made-to-order, crafted especially after you place an order.
Because of this:
- Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Each jacket is tailored specifically for you, so changes after production start are not possible.
Return & Refund Window
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 15–20 business days for processing.
- Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 30 days of approval.
- Refunds cover the product price and applicable taxes only.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- You may also opt for 100% store credit instead of a refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If returning for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
- Store credit refunds are not affected by shipping fees.
Sizing Issues
Since we reconfirm sizes before production:
- A full cash refund may not be possible for sizing-related returns.
- Exchanges are available, but customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.
We encourage you to contact us for size guidance to avoid issues.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items damaged by the customer
- Products without original packaging or tags

Starting a return or exchange is easy:

- We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
- Package your item securely and send it back to us.
